Meet Austin Nguyen
Born and raised in Vietnam, Austin moved to the United States at age 16 and graduated from the University of Dayton.
After building a career in industrial sales with a leading billion-dollar manufacturer, he founded Compassia to help American companies access qualified manufacturing partners in Vietnam.
Today, Compassia works alongside Chien You, one of Vietnam's leading steel manufacturers, to support sourcing, quality control, and project execution for U.S. customers.
